All of our products are made to order.
Embroidered Collars & Leads are dispatched from Camperdown within 2-5 working days.
Customised bowls are dispatched within 7-14 working days. Notification will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post within 2-5 working days of receipt. You can choose standard or express shipping and you will receive a tracking number for your parcel upon dispatch. Please check Australia Post website for their delivery times as they do differ from state to state.
We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched.
We advise contacting Australia Post in the first instance, quoting the tracking number provided by us.
We are now Shipping to New Zealand!
